Although a very small organization it is very modern with its methodology and technology. There has been several comments about a work hard – play hard atmosphere. I can't express how true that is at Alight! Often you will be encouraged to come to events to have some food and sit and talk with coworkers for a short while. I have seen the Founders make it a point to walk the floor and say hello to everyone. That is something you never see nowadays.
