Pros

Really loved my co-workers, many people (myself included) created lasting friendships outside of work. The platform is great and the industry just keeps growing, providing a lot of opportunity. Compared to a lot of places I've worked, this culture values speed. I felt behind from the day I started, but working at a fast pace is something I enjoy. Great deal of time off (both PTO and holidays).

Cons

Covid had everyone working remote which was taking away from a lot of the fun social happy hours and perks.

Pros

Fun atmosphere, great people and amenities. Fun work if you like analytics. Great for young professionals.

Cons

No growth potential whatsoever. They hire internally for new, higher up, positions without interviewing anyone. Very much “drink the kool aid” type where the 4-5 year employees are the only ones seen as valuable.
