-really smart coworkers -entire leadership team was promoted from within the company -fast growing industry -passionate management team -team has input into chosen perks (snacks, more time off, WFH/parking allowances)

-reluctance to terminate toxic or underperforming team members -frequently changing processes

Fun atmosphere, great people and amenities. Fun work if you like analytics. Great for young professionals.

Cons

No growth potential whatsoever. They hire internally for new, higher up, positions without interviewing anyone. Very much “drink the kool aid” type where the 4-5 year employees are the only ones seen as valuable.
