      I enjoy working here and appreciate having weekends and some holidays off. The job itself is relatively east to manage, and the work environment has its ups and downs.

      Cons

      Late hours no option to have earlier shifts and the pay is not competitive or sustainable as a livable wage.

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
