      flexibility with remote work benefits (except the expensive Health Exchange health plans)

      Cons

      making an impact to help the company and support the clients while enjoying flexibility and nice benefits because your job will be gone within a year or the company will liquidate its assets and everyone will lose their job.

      Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
