Pros

Its gets easier everyday. The training is extensive, but you will not know what to expect on those 1st few calls. There is a tool you can use, but at times its hard to focus on where to find the answers and to make sure you found the right interpretation of the answer...its a bit of a struggle starting out.

Cons

Its starts off like if you were in a kitchen and everything is on fire. You do have some tools at your disposal, but you will need to make many mistakes and learn the hard way how to handle them better next time around.

None really, they really dont know what they are doing

Bad work culture, doesn't conduct proper AARs to get to the root cause
