Pros

You get to work overtime

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, you're on calls all day over 100 calls every single day and impossible metrics to meet. You're expected to skip lunch and not go to the bathroom to not mess up your metrics. We had to be trained on a new client every other week and be thrown to their customers after 1 day of training. No one will answer your questions. Employees that have been there forever would ignore you and yell at you if you did something wrong which was often since we were not trained correctly on anything.

Bad work culture, doesn't conduct proper AARs to get to the root cause
