      - Great experience, learned lots of medical knowledge, looks good on resume - Great coworkers and work environment, helpful management - Great benefits and PTO system - Some growth opportunities within role

      Cons

      - Can be very overwhelming and stressful at times with amount of workload - Call center vibe; taking calls while having to manage the day’s workload at same time - QA audits are ridiculous; they can be so specific about the smallest things - Pay is not great for amount of work
