      Pros

      Good benefits. Ability for advancement and pay raise if metrics are met. Has its busy and slow times. So it is balanced.

      Cons

      For the amount of work you do and backlash you get from clients it can be stressful at times. Hard to hit all metrics due to length of calls and note taking.
