      Pros

      Fully remote, good culture, generally nice co-workers who strive to live up to company's core values, management is supportive of training opportunities and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Low salary, lack of a clear product strategy, shifting priorities and changes in team structure almost every quarter leads to confusion and lack of cohesion, too many conflicting meetings can hinder/slow down communication and collaboration.
