Pros

My manager is very kind and my coworkers are helpful.

Cons

My manager is very kind and my coworkers are helpful. The call volume is so high, soon as I’m done taking case notes another call comes in. This is 8 hour straight. It can burn you out fast especially some members can be very stressful… pushy … I get it but it can be exhausting. The turn over is high. Half of my training class (November 2025 class) is gone already.

It's a check and it's remote!

Cons

RUN! The MICROMANAGEMENT is INSANE! This place is TOXIC TO THE CORE! The management team is trash! It's not about what you know, it's about who you know. They constantly hire their friends for upper management positions and made up job titles with high salaries. They do not try to assist the employees in anyway. Just constantly changing processes and adding additional work to an already burnt out staff. So many people going on LOA because they are just mentally tired of this place. RUN!
