      New company with exciting concept. Brilliant minds at the helm and already huge profits. Common sense medicine.

      Cons

      Some positions should be allowed to be home based. If contact is primarily done over the phone, working from home increases moral and productivity.

      It's a check and it's remote!

      RUN! The MICROMANAGEMENT is INSANE! This place is TOXIC TO THE CORE! The management team is trash! It's not about what you know, it's about who you know. They constantly hire their friends for upper management positions and made up job titles with high salaries. They do not try to assist the employees in anyway. Just constantly changing processes and adding additional work to an already burnt out staff. So many people going on LOA because they are just mentally tired of this place. RUN!
