1. Due to the clinical delivery methods being used, there is a lot of potential to help improve the care of members. 2. Since it is a young company that has experienced a lot of growth and change, there are lots of opportunities for improvement in every department. 3. A new COO was hired recently. He is holding people accountable for the outcomes of their work.
Cons
1. The IT department has mostly contractors, including some that have been with the company for four years. 2. There is very little documentation for any processes or systems. 3. Some times it feels like there is a competition between the "old guard" vs. the "new guard" even though we all work for the same company. 4. There are a few people in different parts of the organization that do not collaborate well with others.
