Pros
-First paycheck issued for days worked without being a week in the “hole.” -Advantage Plans offer great benefits for elderly members -Call Scripts are in the CRM software -Compelling story behind founding of company
Cons
-Tier 3 agents have opened cases assigned but don’t respond when members call back for a follow up -Subpar at best when it comes to following up with members which makes members loose trust in hardworking agents -Expected to offer the world on a call but only allowed 15 minutes to cover everything -QA is ridiculous and petty when conducting call evaluations -Drops the ball with Claims and PA’s often placing member in danger and agents are left trying to explain the occurrence to members
