      Pros

      I like this place very much. Lots of room to grow especially if you are starting out. People there are very supportive of everything and really look out for you.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming if you are a slacker. Put in the time and good things can happen. Not the best company to work for, but very good.

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
