      Pros

      Interesting and challenging projects. High impact work across the corporate landscape. Good growth prospects. Entrepreneurial culture - you take ownership of your own success. The people: by and large smart, professional, and accessible.

      Cons

      Compensation does not keep up with market rates for those who stick around. New hires in decent market conditions do appreciably better in total comp than top performers who have been around for 5+ years.

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
