      Pros

      Pay was higher than average, but they have to do that to attract talent from tier 1 firms.

      Cons

      No transparency. VERY long hours. Internal communications were practically non existent.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
