      Enjoyable to work with smart and driven people. The company has a decent growth strategy and the ability to execute.

      Cons

      Too many senior leaders lack the commitment to change the pieces that matter to the growth strategy. Too many senior leaders are left to hang around in vice-chair roles but with no clear purpose.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
