      Pros

      Good pay. Interesting projects. Some freedom at Director+ levels to chart a path for yourself.

      Cons

      PMDs and Partners in some practices utterly lacking in EQ (e.g., Private Equity, some Automotive, some Tech/Telecom). Many unable to think outside of everything pointing to 20% cost reduction. Many PMDs would not be analyst material at MBB

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      Cons

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
