      Pros

      Great pay and career development, If you are good, they will quickly promote you. New Partner level is great for senior folks who don't want to be an MD

      Cons

      Work life balance, but this is standard for consulting. And if you want to be in consulting and stay, this is probably the best firm to be at.

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
