      - great clients and engagements - work on very important issues - very talented team mates

      Cons

      - Leaders run hot & cold on personnel performance - critical of work product - retain some very bad managers

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
