Pros
Culturally diverse, fun is a tenant, belief in work quality rather than just quantity, true open door policy up to C levels, catered lunches every day, great work/life balance, better than average benefits, new office space and furniture, great location and beautiful campus with parking garage and workout facility, and there are many more!!
Cons
It is truly difficult to provide cons, however, if pressed I would say that having such a fast paced and dynamic business can make for hectic days and sometimes weeks. There are times when interdepartmental communication suffers because of this dynamic. Anyone new needs to be prepared for the pace of work.
