Pros
As some people have mentioned already, there are company benefits that are very nice to have (free lunches, free parking, great desks, and great HR initiatives like celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and a happy hour each month). Besides those and other perks like referral bonuses and unlimited time off, the best part for me is that my team is made up of really great people and my boss is good too. Ultimately, it is who we work with and for that affects our day-to-day happiness in the work place. Fortunately, I can count on my peers to work well together and get the job done collaboratively, and on my boss to have my back.
Cons
Other people may not have the same experience as mine mentioned above, depending upon the challenges and the people they work with. That said, I have referred several people eager to work at Alkami and one was hired, with another pending. So far, the person who was hired is happy to be here too.
