Company maintains high speed start-up mentality without consideration of extensibility and limited processes in place despite how large it's grown. Micro management, some managers lack management skills, management by fear, and management by crisis tends to be the norm. High stress environment created by managers, long hours with nights and weekends required to keep up with client commitments. New hires expected to learn product and complex work quickly via hundreds of JIRA tickets. High turnover rate with Product Owners and Project Managers. Accountability lacking between departments with escalations often required for crucial tasks to get accomplished. Ability to take and or enjoy any said unlimited vacation is rare due to previously noted items.
