      Growing fast, even in this difficult time. The company really cares about its employees and they show it all the time. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help.

      Still a smaller company, so sometimes they give in to some unreasonable client demands sometimes.

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      Cons

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
