Pros
Small Company, so a lot of freedom and not as many policies in place that you'll find at a larger company. People are personable and friendly.
Cons
Constant change in structure in every department of the company. All at one time. They market free lunch as a benefit, everyone who I've heard from at the company would rather either better healthcare, 401k match, resources, pay. During pandemic office was closed for a year + and the free lunch was still considered a benefit with no meals/stipends being provided.
