Additionally, for further clarification on Alkami’s pay structure, employee pay increases in 2023 outpaced the market median for our industry, on average. Regarding bonus eligibility, we utilize industry surveys to determine which roles should be eligible for variable compensation and ensure that we are competitive with the market. Individual compensation amounts vary based on experience, proficiency, and performance. We are committed to improving pay transparency and are continuing to evolve our compensation philosophy.
