Very political. Lots of smoke and mirrors - Engineer Alkami Technology Employee Review

Very rigid. They act like they are a modern agile company, but in reality they are very inflexible. Some groups are very political where managers have installed their buddies. Everyone is careful not to speak around the cronies. They forced everyone to take a personality test. (no explanation how the data was to be used). Gradually anyone that tested with a certain personality type that they didn't think is right for the job, was let go regardless of performance. Its ridiculous how many good hard-working employees were fired. Lots of turnover.
