Business Outlook
Pros
The company is growing and heading in the right direction. Leadership is very aligned with where we're headed and I feel like there is great buy in across the organization. The company really cares about the employee experience and takes action on feedback they receive from employees. I also love that we are a remote company as it provides a lot of flexibility!
Cons
So far, none. There's a lot of changes happening as we grow so flexibility is key as we change and define processes, but I see this as a great opportunity and exciting to be apart of.
