      As a relatively young and formative banking software company, I am incredibly impressed with Alkami's leadership team. Now with the company for 3 years, I find them to be incredibly thoughtful with regards to building a company that values both employees and clients.

      Pros

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Cons

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      Cons

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
