Pros

This is one of the best jobs that I every had.. company is very great they r willing to work u if u want to work.. and the bus r great bus and mechanics do a great job on the maintenance of buses.. even when over the road..

Cons

Sometimes there is no work because we r slow and it's really hard trying to tell other drivers that they r doing things wrong

Pros

This company cares and invests in there employees. All Aboard america has given me a create an amazing life and the ability to travel. Management and operations are top notch.

Cons

Only down side just like any private charter company, during the busy seasons, its hard to have a personal life. But thats the transportation industry downside in general.
