Pros

Culture, great people, I was very happy working there for the last 7 years. However there were occasional gift cards in appreciation for our contributions as well as a Christmas bonus.

Cons

Never had a review. It would be better if there more feedback in order to improve.

Pros

This company cares and invests in there employees. All Aboard america has given me a create an amazing life and the ability to travel. Management and operations are top notch.

Cons

Only down side just like any private charter company, during the busy seasons, its hard to have a personal life. But thats the transportation industry downside in general.
