Pros

I like to drive, charters are fun. You get to do some of the things with your groups and that is fun. sometimes you get to eat with the group.

Cons

Management will lie to you. They do not have a standard pay schedule. you are always surprised at pay time sometimes it is more than you thought, most time less. they publish on their ad on craigslist that you will make between 35000 and 45000 a year. In the interview they will look you in the eye and say you will make 46000. In no way will you make that. you will work long hours without breaks. Sometimes going as long as 6 hours of nonstop driving without a pee break or getting food. You are always on call and expected to work every day. I have personally worked for the last 29 days without a day off and these are 12 to 14 hour days. My check only came out to about 600 a week. that sucks

Cons

Only down side just like any private charter company, during the busy seasons, its hard to have a personal life. But thats the transportation industry downside in general.
