Pros

Its a job and they will hire just about anyone. You can make your own hours if you are a driver.

Cons

Poor management, unfairness, childish behavior from management. Hours if you work in reception. Favoritism between CEO and select managers. Pay sucks for what you deal with.

Pros

This company cares and invests in there employees. All Aboard america has given me a create an amazing life and the ability to travel. Management and operations are top notch.

Cons

Only down side just like any private charter company, during the busy seasons, its hard to have a personal life. But thats the transportation industry downside in general.
