Pros
I have worked in the moving Industry for over 5 years and I have never seen such a well ran company. They start by flying you to Dallas to train for 3 weeks, put you in a nice hotel rent you a car. They made me feel like family when I was there. I came back to my local office and I had support for my National Sales Trainer and also the Director of Sales. If you are looking for a job... this is not a job this is a career opportunity. EVERYTHING that I was promised has happened for me. The location I worked at closed down and thought I was out of the job not only did they offer to keep me they gave options on where I could go. Best moving company period. Most jobs you have no idea how you are doing compared to your coworkers, you know exactly where you stand.
Cons
The down fall is a six day work schedule and that its a 50 hour work week also no holiday pay.
