Long weeks you'll work 6 days a week regardless of what they tell you to bring you in. Bonus is inconsistent and biased it's up to their discretion. Unrealistic expectations of the sales team If you're not a kiss up you'll get no where in the company. Training is a waste of time you spend 3 weeks as a call center getting paid less than your base pay. Upper management is very distrustful, if you plan on leaving don't give a notice they'll let you go before the 2 weeks. Plus as a Sales Manager expect to work longer and harder than your operations manager who makes more and you'll be doing part of their job as well.
