      Pros

      they will always have your back, and if you do as told you are secured a position for life! if you go against the grain just as any company you will not make it. for having 3000+ employees in management I would say the BIG wigs ( ormando, Julian, chris, chris,and vaunna) are EXCELLENT managers really care about their people! I have had nothing but a wonderful experience here!

      Cons

      being a female in the mans industry has its downs but I really don't have any!
