Horrible experience working for a very unorganized company refusing to follow their commitments - Manager In Training All My Sons Moving & Storage Employee Review

The structure, if you want to call it that, is horrible, there is absolutely no organization, communication or integrity with this company. You are told on multiple occasions by different managers/executives of what to expect and they do NOT keep their word. It is VERY frustrating to have NO quality of life, due to the way this organization functions. It is frustrating when they ask for feedback and then promise they will follow up with you and never do. All of this frustration causes a person to rather be unemployed living under a bridge than work for such chaos.
