Management is the bane of this company. Managers are constantly backbiting one another and some even steal bonuses. They intentionally deceive customers about pricing. Watch your paychecks, boys. Shorting your checks is a common practice, and then they play stupid when confronted. Disorganization and lack of communication is endemic. Drivers: You will have to clean up all sorts of messes and do damage control with customers. Good luck getting decent helpers to stick around. Turn over is horrible and training will fall on you. Be prepared to work ridiculous hours and do things that are illegal. Theft of customers is common. Google reviews are packed with reviews from managers posing as customers. Also, these people pay Google $30k a month to be at the top of search results for moving companies.
