Work Life balance non existent. New processes rolled out without notice or training. Lots of "figure it out". Lack of necessary communication but expects full communication in response to their needs. Unfair salary pay for the scope of work. Fired experienced operators in the name of saving money for their sale and going to virtual. They pretend to care about your until they don't need you anymore and you cost too much. My replacement is making 15k less a year. Just had me relocate 3 months ago with nothing but positive KPI improvement. Simply told "we are moving in a different direction" and thrown out in the cold.
