Bullying, low pay, very against females working in the industry, no respect given, promotes the biggest threat then rips away promotions for no warranted reason. Only operations managers and assistant managers receive training. Bullying from day one seems to be a standard. Slows up after about 6 months but then spirals out of nowhere. You will be called the condescending job title “Admin” instead of your name and if you say anything you’ll become a target. Hazing and bullying is real here.
