Pros
-Easy hiring process -Decent pay for Post Falls Idaho -PM's are very helpful with any questions you have -Owner's are very involved with the management of projects and time that people are spending on various projects. This may sound like a con to most but if you are struggling, it makes it very transparent and they are able to find someone to help you quickly before you get in over your head. -Management (and owners, for the time being) are there with you doing the same work you are. Readily available to help with any problem you are having.
Cons
-Lots of meetings- which are helpful but also very time consuming. This issue has been addressed and is slowly evolving into more efficient meetings. -As a PMA you will be expected to find work and ask how you can assist the PM's. Not really a con, but if you are shy or have a difficult time asking for help it will be very difficult. -Software and programs are fairly intense albeit very high tech. Again, not really a con- but if you have never used any sort of construction management software you will have a difficult time. It's not impossible but you will struggle until you get it.
