Pros
Depending on the contract. I worked for them in some bad contracts but my last one was good with minimum supervision and competitive pay. The best thing about them, is they leave you alone.
Cons
Small company, little or no opportunities for advancement. Limited benefits and resources. Lack of communication especially in writing. If you have an issue or question, you have to go to the office to speak with someone. calls are often screened and very hard get hold of someone. Their rules are very ambitious. They have no sense of security and will send personal information over open emails. Most importantly, they are notorious for suing their former employees if they lose a contract and the employees opted to go with the wining company. The company on a downward spiral and when I left, they were losing contracts left and right.
