Pros
The teamwork atmosphere and mentality make Allan Myers a joy to work for! Not every company is perfect but they do care about their employees for being such a large company. Every morning I wake up looking forward to going to work instead of dreading it like I use to at my last job! We all have a voice in the company and we look out for each other.
Cons
At times because we are so big we get lost in the shuffle. Eventually they get to us. At times the response times on things can be a bit better.
