Everywhere you go has its negatives. Allan Myers has gotten so desperate to keep people in this economy where people keeping bouncing around companies. While encouraging people to stay is a great thing.... Some people really should be fired.... If an individual doesn't meet simple deadlines, does not work well with others, bullies on a regular basis, pawns off his own work to others who don't even report to him on a regular basis, etc. He should be fired.
