      Dynamic environment and satisfaction of seeing ones work completed in a real time. Laying the building blocks in heavy civil construction that leads to success for all.

      Cons

      Advancement can be difficult due to working in a company that most do not want to leave. Many times you need to wait for someone to retire or a new project to open up.
