      Pros

      The best construction company I have ever worked for. Genuinely cares about its people and their success and advancement. Exciting projects and a lot of perks you don't find elsewhere.

      Cons

      Along with the large projects comes accelerated schedules which leads to long hours. Not specific to this company but an industry wide issue. Sometimes there is too much leniency given before disciplinary action is taken.

      Good opportunity for growth and taking courses to keep educating yourself. Bonus opportunity Good work-life balance The manager was amazing, really cared about employees and the company.
