My co-workers! I was blessed to work with a great group of girls! Worked are butts off daily to give the best care needed for the patients.
Cons
Management is never around, could care less what is happening at the office. They do not treat there employees right, low pay, overworked, disrespectful, constant gossiping, short staffed, will hire anyone of the street to do the job regardless of experience, overwhelming work load that your co-workers are either stressed or miserable. Your never shown appreciation for all your hard work you do for the patients and for your co-workers. No room for advancement. High turn over rate because of how badly they treat their employees. Insurance is expensive, charge you $20 monthly for parking. Very unhappy, stressful & negative place to work for. Would not recommend working for St. Vincents . Trust me you will be very disappointed.
