Pros
Located on Pittsburgh's Northside near downtown. Lower level workers are generally very nice, dedicated people, trying to provide excellent service even without the tools or support that they need.
Cons
General culture of intimidation of staff by managers in many depts., belittling the employees and being verbally abusive, scheduling them for unreasonable shift changes, changing rules arbitrarily and without notice or documentation... Growing increasingly negative atmosphere of punishment and threats to get as much work as possible from under-staffed overworked employees for as little pay as possible.
