HORRIBLE - Medical Assistant Allegheny Health Network Employee Review

TERRIBLE STAFF, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, UNORGANIZED, UNCOMFORTABLE blamed after doing something wrong yet not shown the right way, got yelled at (another MA actually yelled when i asked for help), no encouragement or support from office manager, not appreciated at all, not given the necessary tools (ex: a phone) to my job, very poor training, did not feel safe. Staff is vindictive, petty, and mean. An office full of bullies. Employee relations (corporate) offered support but did not follow through.
